• Creation and management of communication tools to promote clear and consistent communication of operational change + initiatives to management and hourly team members across multiple units o Coordinate + collaborate with department directors throughout the organization o Plan, compile and write content for new processes, program + menu rollouts and weekly bulletins o Identify communication tools that foster increased audience engagement including mailchimp, textmarks, powtoons, canva, smartsheets, etc…
