Check all addendums and clarifications received from the client, ensuring that all items are being clarified and considered in the pricing

Prepare bid submissions, proposals and prequalification documents

Send responses for post tender clarification and Conduct value engineering exercise

Prepare value engineering proposal/ discounts, if required

Study, analyze and compare all contract drawings (HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, LPG & Electrical Systems) with IFC drawings in order to identify discrepancies ambiguities

Scrutinize quotations collected from subcontractors / suppliers

Prepare claims for extension of time, interim payment and variation with necessary supporting documents/details.
