OBJECTIVE:

SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:

* The overall my contribution to High Ambition Trading income, from studies and consultations has increased by15% during two years, while companies with similar activities experienced a 10% increase for the same period.

* Performed all activities of issue manager in capital raising for newly established and existing companies.

* Prepared prospectuses for capital raising through initial public offering, rights issue and private placement for companies in compliance with Capital Market Authority (CMA) e.g.Raysut Cement, Salalah Mills and Dhofar Marble& Granite.These prospectuses included economic and financial risk and suggested mitigation measures. These activities were performed in compliance with laws and regulations of CMA, Muscat Securities Market, and Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

* Evaluated investment proposals for private placement presented by companies for FSC participation and outlined relevant recommendations, e.g. Venture Capital Bank(Bahrain).
