CONSTRUCTION MANAGER PRAXAIR 2012 TO PRESENT

· Working third party for Praxair building cryogenic air processing plants.

· 2016 In charge of 1.9 million dollar Hydrogen plant follow thru on all civil work from hydro vac. All areas for foundations verifying and installation of all Process piping and Elec. Set all Mechanical pumps and towers, writing all critical lifts to be approved by corporate safety and handle all T-1 testing and commissioning in Delaware City Delaware. Also in 2016 worked in Salt Lake City Utah on 875 thousand dollar project new add on for CO2 plant following all civil work that was very critical unground hydro vac. All areas to install all new and reroute existing piping and electrical work with County for permits and inspection. Working with all contractors to schedule all work in an orderly fashion. Both projects follow all safety issues.

COORDINATOR SWIFT WORLD WIDE 2015 3 MONTHS TURNAROUND

· Working with Holly frontier to handle Turnaround for all towers and some mechanical piping finishing beforehand with many issues in front of us having to work around to manage to complete with no safety issues.

· Have work with MEI on new construction and turnarounds from 2011 to 2015 In Wever Iowa on 50 million dollar project building new reformer handle all field work from civil to mechanical Q/A Q/C all personal in field working with PM on scheduling testing and coordinate Civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, Instrumentation, and testing.

· Piping Supervisor - JVIC IND - 1996 to 2011

Working for JVIC as a piping supervisor and also Q/A Q/C inspector in 15 states on New and T/A work, Working many refinery, and Fertilizer Plants also one rebuild on power plant. Handling all Piping, critical lifts, and inspections.

● Pipefitter Houston TX 1977 to 2011

Work all of the ship Channel area for the local union hall. Handle all Iron work and piping of any aspect there was.
