Witness & review of WPS/PQR/WPQ.

Selection and handling of instruments as per inspection requirement.

NDT Inspection as per ASNT Level-II.

Hydro Testing and Pneumatic Testing of piping Systems.

HLT for oil tanks.

Testing conduct on hardness, heat treatment, GI, SR chart reviewing & furnace calibration certificates review.

Preparation of Inspection Report as per QAP standards.

Performance Test for pumps.

Coordination with vendor as well as client related to quality assurance.

Blasting and Painting inspection as per QAP.

Packing inspection for international projects and documentation.

Job Handled

Involved in various Raw material stages, in process, Final Inspection & Trial assembly for Boiler Supporting Structural, heavy Machining components, Equipment and heavy Structural for Power Plant, Cement Plant and Mining projects. Items like a various type of Column, Brazing, Beams, bought out items, ducts and bellow assembly, Hand trail, ERW tubs for galvanize, CLH & VLH assembly and tie rods etc.

Involved in process and final inspection (forging, casting and machining) of valve body and its accessories etc.

Inspection of Oil field equipment (X-Mass tree, dual block, mono block bodies, tubing spool, Full bore valve bodies and Flange etc.)

Inspection of Tool engineering components (thread gauges, bending former, Engineering Equipment’s and Fasteners.)

Inspection of Aluminum die casting flanges, cylinder, 410kv oil tanks, pressure test, welding inspection, HLT and final packing.

Involved in Nuclear power project work for End Mass Coolant Channel Replacement at M/s. Narora Atomic Power Station.

Inspection of coal bunker assembly as per trail assembly procedure and assistant with M/s. NPTC (Mauda, (2X660MW) Darlipali & Gadarwara STPS).

Involving in 10 MW solar project structures inspection activities,

Conduct on Pumps, blower, valves bodies and Lube oil systems performance test, and hydro test,

Conduct on balancing test for impeller, shaft and casing etc,

Inspection of Bridge layering system assembly, Launching system assembly, Hydraulic system assembly, rugged electronic assembly etc,

To ensure EV India cart powder coating, labeling and visual as per GE standards.

Inspection of shock absorber like a visual damage, thread type LH and RH, painting visual, thread gap and free movement of compression and tension free from oil leakage, random basis functional test and packing.
