This program will create a unified cloud front office platform for all associates on property and in help centers to serve guests – i.e.: 7000 properties, 18 call centers and 800,000 associates.

Conducted 8-month long Human-Centered research and visioning exercises with key stakeholders leading to creation of business plan, product and technology roadmaps and securing initial funding.

Prepared a conceptual architecture that creates a seamless UX despite traversing multiple source systems for data aggregation, simplifies the CI/CD process to promote smaller and iterative releases minimizing change management, decreasing risk and reducing time for defect isolation. The micro-front end-based architecture promotes re-usability of components and creates an inherent governance structure for the design system.

Starwood Web Integration (SWI) Program ($18M Budget) – Spearheaded the company’s most critical and complicated IT initiative to integrate two varied technical ecosystems of MI and SW into a seamless user experience for Marriott.com and Spg.com delivering on a combine annualized revenue of $800M in 2018 an increase of roughly 15% post the merger and integration.

Salesforce Call Center Application Upgrade from Classic to Lightening – Marriott has the largest implementation of Salesforce serving 30 brands, 7000 properties and 140000 associates at Call Centers and properties leveraging Salesforce to provide a connected, personal and anticipatory guest experience. The migration from Classic to Lightning was a time intensive and convoluted journey because of all the changes introduced and challenges incurred in backward compatibility. The program was executed over a tight timeline of 16 months with a team of roughly 120 Developers, BA’s and QA resources and was showcased in the Salesforce Dreamforce convention in 2019.

Pearson Technology( NASDAQ: PSO)- Old Tappan, NJ 2011 - 2014 Senior Director – eCommerce

Led eCommerce Portfolio Build and Operations with a team of roughly 75-150 associates and consultants including - a re-platforming exercise for the Content management system, re-negotiation of multi-year operational support contract for the enterprise QA organization, redesign and relaunch of around 60 micro- sites and vendor selection for the rewrite of the store-front eCommerce solution. Orchestrated the collaboration between discipline and the development team to translate functional requirements into technical solutions in the Private Wealth Management (PWM) wing of Consumer and Investment Management. ServiceLive.com ($4M Budget) – Developed a real time bidding system for home services on an open source stack. Leveraging an architecture solely based on an open source stack led to saving millions of dollars in licensing cost while delivering solid performance for this new venture.
