I am a positive, self-motivated, results-oriented individual who possesses effective communication and multi-tasking skills. During my 21 years of experience at State Farm, I have held a variety of positions in Auto Claims, all driven by customer care and service. I am very energetic and outgoing personality. This has been a definite advantage in the team environment, motivating others to set and achieve goals, share knowledge, and over all keep a positive team atmosphere. I realize this job is very customer driven and my technical skills and the understanding of the importance of customer service would be a benefit in this position.
Working in a customer focus environment, has allowed me to use my time management skills, phone and people skills to assist the customer in a wide variety of insurance needs.
Prior to State Farm I worked in a variety of retail establishment. Most current was as manager for Laurel Uniforms, where I responsible for the hiring and scheduling of employees in three locations, customer service, inventory management, and merchandise display.
I enjoy working with people, and feel the positive, creative, out gong energy I poses would be a great attribute to any posision.
