Oversee the implementation of all HR activities while performing specific tasks: o Recruitment & Placement: conduct final interview; finalize hiring package to prospective candidate; review and endorse employment contract. o Compensation & Benefits: review timekeeping reports & payroll adjustments; review and recommend salary increases due to promotion, additional workloads and similar manpower movement.

o Training & Development: conduct training needs analysis; design training activities of the Plant based on audit standards (internal and external); conduct orientation to new employees and roll out awareness & refresher modules on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

o Performance & Appraisal System: review results of performance appraisal and make recommendation for those candidates due for regularization, promotion, etc. Review employees’ annual appraisal and make necessary proposal based on recommendations from department heads.

o Employee Discipline: handle and monitor all disciplinary matters (issuance of notices to explain, conduct investigation and administrative hearing; issuance of sanction such as suspension/termination); do minor counselling to erring employees. o Employee Relations: handle all union matters in compliance with the existing CBA. o Employee Events: design activities/program flow and make recommendation for various employee activities such as Team Building, Valentine’s Treat, Halloween Games, Christmas Party, etc.

Oversee the activities of manpower agencies and its proper coordination to various business units. Review/recommend various proposals, review billing and run periodic audit.

Monitor activities pertaining to safety and security of the employees & personnel and closely coordinate with various government agencies and/or related-private offices.
