Roles and Responsibilities:
Establish an employee feedback mechanism that will measure organization wide satisfaction levels addressing issues related to grievance disputes, EOC, Resignation and Termination in accordance with company values and procedures to policy.
Assists in the induction of new employees to the organization.
Assisting to coordinates/investigate the staff involved for the violation or offense committed.
Camp and site coordination for all employee related issues.
Coordinate and proving exit formalities for all Exit staff.
Setting up, monitoring and then tracking employee probationary periods.
Maintenance of the HR records and systems.
