Short Abstract:
In this Work, CNC milling machine is widely used in manufacturing industry due to its many superior properties like negligible tool wear, high surface finish and higher productivity. In the recent years, the applications of EN18 steel have been increased rapidly in different industries like the automobile industry, aerospace industry, aircraft turbine, Electronic industry, fabrication and mold making etc. The machining of EN 18 steel is very difficult, time consuming, low quality and low production by using conventional milling process. In the present work, machining of EN18 is performed using CNC milling machine and experimental study has been carried out for optimizing the machining parameter of the CNC milling machine under wet environment. The cutting tool used is cemented carbide. Process parameter has been analyzed using Response surface methodology of design expert software.
In the present work, the surface roughness and material removal rate are optimized to corresponding parameters the cutting speed, feed rate and depth of cut. Response surface method formed the quadratic model for the response parameters.

Short Abstract:
This project (Rack And Pinion Steering With differential) site deals with the movement of front wheel and working of differential. By the use of this steering system the vehicle can move left or right direction according to our desire.
The Differential is an arrangement of gears that transmits power from the engine to a pair of driving wheels, dividing the force equally between them but permitting them to follow paths of different lengths, as when turning a corner or traversing an uneven road.

Short Abstract:
This work performed to generation of the electricity. The water from the reservoir flow through the penstock at the outlet of which nozzle is fitted. The nozzle increases the kinetic energy of the water flowing through the penstock. At outlet of nozzle, the water comes out in the form of a jet and strike the bucket of runner of a Pelton turbine. The water strikes the bucket along the tangent of the runner. Only kinetic energy is available at the inlet of the turbine and rotates the turbine. The turbine is connected to the transformer which converts mechanical energy into electrical energy.
