Outage/Project and Maintenance Planning

-Daily update of the integrated schedule on Primavera;
-Ensure that the outage key milestones are identified on the outage schedule;
-Ensure accurate reporting on the schedule;
-Schedule variance reporting and monitor planned versus actual;
-Ensure that emergent work is integrated into the outage schedule;
-Regular updating of recovery plans in the integrated schedule;
-Communicate outage schedule progress;
-Update and produce various statistics report to monitor outage progress;
