• Analyzing and eliminating the possible root cause for Scrap rejection on daily basis aligned with CFT.

• Monitoring weekly rejection PPM for in-house and final inspection.

• Actions for top rejections on weekly and monthly basis using pareto chart analysis.

• Preparing KPI report for In-process quality on monthly basis.

• Doing Improvement activities (Kaizen) on monthly basis.

• Periodic updation of control plan and other related documents.

• Closing of major In-process concern through 8D report & monitoring the effectiveness of action taken.

• Poke Yoke system monitoring.

• Maintaining Capability of a machine by using control charts.

• Having Responsibility for conducting Product Audit, Layout Audit, and Process audit also ensuring the closure of open points.

• Having basic knowledge in PPAP, MSA, PFD, FMEA & 7QC tools.

• Approval of new Tools & Monitoring Tool Life by evaluating the preventive maintenance check sheet.

• Online inspection for the product meets their specification limits.

• Basic knowledge in Design of experiment and Red rabbit system.

• Implementing quality awareness meeting in shop floor using One Point Lesson, Quality Alert, Do’s & Don’ts.

• Having knowledge in reviewing drawings and Geometrical dimensioning and tolerance.

• Having responsibility to take interim & permanent action for customer complaints.
