Responsible for the operation of the day center including personnel, training, transportation, budget, compliance with agency, state/ and federal policies and quality of the program to persons served. Attended support plan and special team meetings and developed appropriate documentation to ensure outcomes were met.

Oversaw the treatment and support services provided by staff to meet performance expectations. Monitored all program documentation including medication administration records for accuracy and timeliness.
