Maintain the accounts payable for both our company and a subset of our company based out of another office. Took over as the only person handling the accounts payable in 2011.

Key and print both payroll checks and reports for five companies. The largest of which, has approximately 2000 employees.
Print and ship all paper documents for one of our customers. This includes work orders, bills, and all other monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
Assist in the maintenance of inventory for the company, which includes numerous custom forms which are needed for the primary client.
Assist in the accounts receivable as needed.
Prepare all bank deposits and make sure that the bank ledger is up to date reflects all transactions, both AP and AR.
Assist programmers by taking their notes and using them to make workable instructions to allow both myself and others to program new servers that are shipped out to our customers.
Prepare month end paperwork for both the accountant and the president of the company.
Assisted with the shut down and closing of the company.
