Objective

Experience

I am an experienced Document Controller/PTW coordinator having more than fifteen years of work experience as Project Document Controller and PTW coordinator.

More than 15 years’ experience with GS Engineering & Construction [750 MW Power Plant in Sohar 2 IPP] and Doosan Heavy Industries & Constructions Co. Ltd an EPC Contractor for [ 635 MW Power and 33 MIGD MSF Desalination Project at Sohar in Sultanate of Oman] & [735 MW Power and 26.4 MIGD R.O Desalination Project at Barka in Sultanate of Oman] and Sohar Refinery Improvement Project in Petrofac International LTD, Mechanical piping work & Pre-commissioning mechanical work in LPIC (Orpic) in SIM Randridge s.r.l (OHI group) .

My basic function consists of managing all technical documents & Corresponds (letter, Email) for the projects. Distributing documents, and ensuring accuracy revision of all documentation. Ensuring regulatory procedures and changes are followed is also an essential part of my job junction. I have strong experience in maintaining entire QC & Engineering documents such as MS, QCP, ITP, WPS, PQR,ECC.CCC, Drawings, and can effectively track the status of all Inspection records of any large construction project

Permit to Work Coordinator for Construction, Commissioning and Operation, responsible for the Coordination of the Bridging work permit.

Encoding all work permits in the PTW Tracking Data Base. Make sure isolations certificates, confined space, hot work, RT, work at height are cross referenced to all active work permits that requires prevent conflicting activities with the construction, commissioning and operation.

Preparing, Maintaining LOG sheet and send to client (ORPIC) of Request for Inspection (RFI).

2 A) Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinator of PTW application procedure.(to Preparation, apply, close and follow-up the PTW procedure).

Assure the compliance with all the permits requirements.

Coordinate with the Project HSE Supervisor for Day to Day activities.

Maintain and Control of Permit associated Mechanical/Electrical Isolation and de-isolation, confined space, hot work, Radiograph test, Grating removal activity form.

Coordination with Site Engineer, PTW Issuer and HSE manager related to all PTW protocol.

Maintaining and keeping records of all commissioning procedure, method statements, Job hazard analysis(JHA) as electronically and hard copy.

4 A) Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain the incoming and outgoing documentation for Project Team Management (PMT) using the company procedures and systems, by manually and electronically

Corresponding with the required personnel (Disciplines, Subcontractors and Client) for receipt of outstanding documents and following up and preparing document status reports periodically.

Handling all kind of construction documents such as Project Drawings and documents from GS & EC Head Office, Korea. And arranging to submit for each discipline (Engineering, QA/QC, Civil, Mech., and E&I depts.), Client & Sub-Contractors.

Preparing Weekly Document Submittal Status Reports for QA/QC Manager that has to be submitted to Clients.

Supervising data entry of technical documents in the company and ensure the correct revision and location of documents into their designated electronic folders & Uploading all Technical Data Such As (Method Statements, Field Quality Plan, WPS & PQR, Material Approval Sheet (MAS), Lifting Plan, Various Technical Procedures and Erection Clearance Certificate(ECC)) in TPMS GS & EC Head Office Server.
