Construction of sports field is located in Flat area which is surrounded by Jabals
(Mountains) all over the site. To overcome the water flow from mountain Bio swale is constructed all over the site for 1KM. French drain is constructed all over the ground for the rain water harvest. Sports fields deals with Football ground, Cricket ground with Practice net & Rugby with all synthetic turf floors finishing and covered with ball stopper net. The ground covers 9600 Sqm with 6 no’s of Flood light of 25M height. Amenity building is constructed with toilets & store room for the players of total area of 200 Sqm. Infrastructure work such as MEP services, Asphalt Car park area is for 4200 Sqm with access road & landscape area of 6000 Sqm. Responsibilities:
Preparing the micro and macro schedules to complete the works within given period
To Plan the Manpower, Material and Machinery requirement and arrange the same based on the planning schedule..
To Study the drawings and find out the difficulties/quires and escalate to the client/consultant.
Coordinating with other teams like Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC.
Maintaining Check lists and Documentation.

The project involves Demolition of Existing building of 75 units with all infrastructures & Execute a Design & build of 10 villas, 7 Apartments with G+5 building each with 18units, Scope includes all civil works & MEP works such as Chilled Water system for HVAC, Hot and Cold water system, Fire Alarm, Access Control System. Basement having car parking, FW tanks, Pump room, Electrical panel rooms. Each floor has a garbage suit room. Responsibilities:
Completion of all project activities on time, within the agreed cost and to the quality standards as per the Contract.
Review IFC drawings and raise technical queries arising from incomplete / missing details and coordination with services.
Check all shop drawings and prepare BBS for submission to the Consultant for obtaining approval prior to execution of works.
Quantification, raising purchase requisitions, necessary follow-up for delivery of project materials and consumables. Assist Project Engineer in the re-conciliation of project materials.
Coordinate with other disciplines, in- MEP divisions, subcontractors and raise RFIs prior to execution of works. Directing and supervising the manpower for execution of the works in accordance with approved MAS, shop drawings, method statements, specifications, Project Quality Plan and HSE Plan.
Provide data of Site Progress for Daily and Monthly Progress Reports to be submitted to the Consultant.
Arrange for incorporation of as-constructed information / details and check As-built drawings prior to submission to the Consultant.
Attending to snags received from the Consultant / Client during the Defect’s Liability Period
