PROJECTS / INTERNSHIPS
Summer Internship – ONGC, Cambay Asset
Guide – Mr Pramod Bansal, Reservoir engineering, ONGC Detailed analysis of the Insitu combustion in Santhal oil field. Studied the Enhanced Oil Recovery applications in heavy oil reservoirs and learned the Reservoir modelling using CMG. Field trip to a workover rig in Akholjuni oil fields and the Group Gathering systems of Kathana, Cambay. Geological Analysis of Eastern Venezuela Basin
Guide – Dr. Alok Kumar Singh, Associate professor, RGIPT. Studied the tectonic formation, stratigraphy, petroleum system, accumulation and migration, kerogen types, TOC contents etc of the Eastern Venezuelan basin. Collected the data of exploration and production that is undergoing and prepared a detailed report of basin analysis.
Geomechanics - Wellbore stress distribution analysis. Guide - Dr. Satish Kumar Sinha, Associate professor RGIPT. Studied the hoop stress distribution and type of breakouts in vertical and inclined well. Build a MATLAB model for hoop stress magnitude and direction around the wellbore. Data – Analysis and Reservoir engineering.
Guide – Science and Technical committee, RGIPT.
Worked on data cleaning and preprocessing of the New Mexico Oil Fields production data from kaggle. Drawn the Inflow Performance curve and tried to predict the life of wells using decline curves. Nomophobia – Fear of not having a phone
Guide – Dr. Anirbun Mukherjee, Professor RGIPT.
Conducted a questionnaire survey among 1493 different aged group people. Researched and prepared a model to predict that a person is nomophobic or not and also the extent of phobia a person has. The survey was both in offline and online modes, consisting of different kinds of questions. Awards and Achievements
