●Mott MacDonald Security, Health and Safety - As the Operations Manager -security and logistics, I successfully provided security, health and safety measures and managed security operations for all Mott MacDonald programmes operations across the 9 state offices, 6 guesthouses, 21 residences without any record of accidents while yet, managing the security operations of the Abuja head office. Also, provided security operational support to others activities of Mott MacDonald, Nigeria and further support to other West African countries – South Sadun, Ghana, Uganda, etc. Developed Nigeria security plan, Disaster Recovery plan, emergency evacuation plan, etc which was adopted for use in Nigeria. Contributed to the development of the new operations process map for the Cambridge Education office in Nigeria.

●Fleming Fund - UK Department of Health funded Programme - The Fleming Fund is a 5-year UK Department of Health funded Programme which aims to increase laboratory and scientific capacity with regard to Antimicrobial resistance surveillance in over 20 low and middle-income countries. Mott MacDonald Ltd. Will act as the management agent for the £250 million fund. Nigeria has been identified as one of the countries in West Africa that could benefit from Fleming Fund support.

●Teacher Development Programme (TDP), Nigeria – Department for International Development (DFID): The Teacher Development Programme (TDP) is funded by the United Kingdom Department for International Development (DFID) and managed by the Cambridge Education Nigeria Limited, a member of the Mott MacDonald Group. The Programme is working with the federal and state Ministries, Department and Agencies (MDAs). The Programme is designed to provide strategic technical assistance at Federal level in up to 5 Lead States on teachers’ skills improvement.

●Developing Effective Private Education Nigeria (DEEPEN) – Department for International Development (DFID) – Developing Effective Private Education Nigeria (DEEPEN) is a five-year Programme funded by UK aid from the Department for International Development (DFID). The Programme seeks to improve the quality of education in private schools, especially those serving children from low-income households.

●Education Sector Support Programme in Nigeria – Department for International Development (DFID) – The Education Sector Support Programme in Nigeria (ESSPIN) was a partnership between the United Kingdom’s Department for International Development (DFID) and the Nigerian Government.
