Resume:

To: Hiring Manager

As a Program Manager, consulting, risk management, resource and program planning have occupied my efforts for over 14 years. I have a broad background, which includes IT hardware/software and systems integration from concept through design and delivery, while managing both internal and international teams. These efforts included all phases of programs business requirements analysis though delivery of product. This included Agile introduction and development efforts for cross functional teams. Managing the customer interface has led to greater business opportunities and technical accomplishments.

Prior experience includes conducting requirements analysis for design development including security requirements, resource planning and allocation, project cost and proposals, deliverable tracking, schedule, budget and metrics. This includes Earned Value reporting as well as subcontract management and customer interface for program reviews. I have proven ability to influence and manage cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Ongoing education efforts have included network security, intrusion detection, and risk management, by targeting active Cyber Security and Defense fundamentals. Certified Ethical Hacking (CEH) coursework was completed in early 2010. Certification for Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt was completed in October 2011. Masters level IT Security classes were completed with Villanova University in 2012. Cyber Security Bachelor of Science degree studies were completed in 2016 at UMUC.

As you can see by my background, I am well qualified for a leadership position in a challenging team environment. My strengths are in execution planning, program management, driving security requirements, lean process improvement, managing risks, global team management and engineering development. As a self-starter, key strengths include engaging with other stakeholders to communicate program status, key metrics, and collaboration.

Clearance includes Public Trust. I am PMP certified.

I would welcome the opportunity to work with a successful company.
