Deira Islands Mall, Dubai: Undertaking the role of Quantity Surveyor on this 780,000 sqm waterfront development located on Deira Islands. The project includes 280,000 sqm of net leasable area (retail, F&B, entertainment centre, cinema, gym and offices etc.) and 2 car parking structures for approx. 8,000 cars.

Zayed National Museum, Abu Dhabi: Providing pre-contract cost management services during the design and procurement of the Zayed National Museum. Services provided included cost planning, procurement, tender reviews, advice on Contractor selection and significant value engineering.
