Supported Senior Leader Telecom, Video Conference & Technology needs.

I took care of all of the West Division Headquarters Mangers, Directors, Vice President and the President, Blackberries, telephones, TV’s cable boxes and video conferences calls needs

Supported Telecom needs (6,000 people) across 7 sites (including building four new sites), took care of Moves, Adds, Changes and Maintenance

Designed the Video Conference System for Comcast West Division

I thoroughly researched video conference systems including, LifeSize, Tandberg and Polycom before selecting the Tandberg with Codian bridging system, with up to 25 users at one time. I then setup and connected all of the Regional offices in Comcast West Division (Denver, CO, Englewood, CO, Albuquerque, NM, Twin Cities, MN, Portland, OR, Seattle, WA, Sacramento CA. Livermore, CA, Salt Lake, UT). Comcast used the Codian System by Tandberg, and was able to monitor calls from our West Division headquarters. After my successful installation the positive results of using the Codian system, Comcast corporate offices in Philadelphia installed the same Codian bridging system.

I setup the Call Detail Recording system for Comcast West Division Headquarters’ campus. We had four sites and I ran reports for managers and traced calls for users as requested.

From 2016 to 2019 I was the sole IT On-Site technician for the Call Center in Fort Collins, CO with 400 agents.

I Supported 250 Tech-Ops Technician and sales team PC’s, iPhones, iPads

in Northern Colorado and the Colorado Mountains area. If I could not fix the problem remotely, I would travel to the technician’s office. I would be in the tech-ops building once a week to answer questions and trouble-shoot problems. I received my tickets from the help desk. Our response time was between 2 to 8 hours, depending on the type of ticket.

Xfinity stores

I setup three Xfinity stores and one Business Partner store in Norther Colorado.

I programed (imagined) all of the desktop computers and installed the Wyse printers, scanners, credit card readers and IP phones for each work station

I ordered all of the iPhones and Samsung phones for all of the Comcast Mountain State Region (Colorado, New Mexico, Utah and Arizona) Xfinity stores that the sales team used.
