Building of annual trade marketing activity plans per retailer (Million €uro investments), combining omni-channel campaigns and dynamic commercial efficiencies.

Execution of full on-line launch of new hair care brand “Hair rituel x Sisley” prior physical stores roll-out. Team management of 55 key staff – including: marketing, trade, digital, PR, training, commercial, beauty consultants, financial analyst, sales support assistant.
