RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conducted daily toolbox briefings on site to sharpen employee awareness.

Executed HSE inspections of all equipments and safety gadgets with third party inspectors to meet project specifications.

Ensured operators carried out daily pre-operational checks on equipments including Tower cranes, Static boom blazers, Bobcats, Earth moving equipments, Rope suspended platforms (RSP), Passenger hoist and scaffolds using specific checklists thereby spotting and advising the concerned engineer to repair the defects.

Ensured strict compliance to daily maintenance/service schedule of equipment to aid preventive maintenance and improve efficiency.

Ensured every activities occurring in my concerned area is strictly complained with the safety aspects.

Ensured and verified the work permits system (including Height work, Hot work, De-shuttering, Night work, Confined space entry and Blasting operations permits)is implemented effectively .

Conducted the test for ensuring Adequate Illumination over the entire premise by LUX meter.

Ensured the vendors are doing their activities in accordance with the Method statement of the respective activities.

Safety related Observations are made and reported frequently to my superior officer and helped him to accomplish safety goals.

Preparation and maintenance of necessary HSE records as per the regulations and client requirements.

Ensured the availability of first aid kits and fire extinguishers at the premise.
