Responsibilities

As a QA Analyst, responsible for application testing of Connected Vehicle & telematics services offered for the OEM’s of SiriusXM. ZOURA is used as billing subscription management tool for creating new services, Web portals used to create subscriptions, Run the factory feed and Device feed files through SFTP to make sure file processing is working as expected.

●Involved in all phases such as requirements collection, design and analysis of the customer subscription quality assurance testing Project “MY21 ” in Back office as well as ZUORA

●CPS represents a specific telematics capability with its associated front-end, back-end, CRM and other necessary business and operational supporting functions. Examples 'Automatic Crash Notification', Car Finder', 'Remote Door Lock/Unlock' and 'Concierge Full' services. Order provisioning & Fulfillment, Customer Profile & Billing application scenarios

●Tested the functionality of ZUORA tool, a subscription management application for Accounts management, Order details, creating Rate plans, Bills of the customers.

●Understand the SiriusXM business process, created test cases, test scenarios and test scripts for new subscriptions

Role: QA Analyst

Project #1: AT&T Mobility PVT-Production Validation Testing

As part of the Production Validation Testing team, tested various frontend Point of sale retail applications like PDC, Opus, Opus Mobile, System X, ATT.COM, Kiosk, Phoenix and Twilight. Created Wireless, U-Verse and Digital life (Home Security System) accounts from the front-end systems and then validated the accounts in the back-end billing system (Telegence). Checked the flow of data in various downstream systems. Also tested Opus Mobile application on the iPad device. Tested various products like LTE, Digital life on iPhone, iPad etc. devices. Tested different phone devices for usage and navigation. Used AOTs and Quality Center to log defects during the testing of various projects in AT&T.

The project is to configure all Retail Points of Sales systems (OPUS, PDC I & II, and System-X) to sell U-verse lines (stand alone or bundled), along with enhancement of the erstwhile Cingular’s Mobility to support non-wireless products.

●Worked in Middleware testing as well as Front-end testing

●Development and execution of test plans, test cases for the integration of Mobility U-verse.

●Participated in test case design, planning and execution meetings; provided input and suggestions. Interacted with other related teams (OMS, URAM etc.), for joint planning as necessary.
