Senior Project Manager, June 2017 to March 2020
Senior Project Manager with full responsibility for the greenfield construction of a new, 500,000-barrel refined products terminal in the Port of Corpus Christi, TX. including Engineering oversight, permitting, contracts and procurement, utilities, tanks, rail loading and marine facilities.
Key Contributions:
Using collaborative management with Contractors to facilitate construction, Corpus terminal operations began 5 months after the start of soils improvement. Full operational capacity loading both diesel and gasoline was realized a month later
Evaluated and performed corrective actions for a new, over-budget, behind schedule, $250 MM gasoline blending terminal in Port Arthur, TX, allowing for seamless startup of operations
Westway Terminals – Riverdale, IL
Project Manager & Construction Manager, 2013 to 2016
Led execution of terminal expansion projects throughout the US, coordinating project budgets and overseeing cross-functional teams.
