Responsibilities-

●From last 4 Yrs Spearheading a team of 8 members to manage the Departmental Level Activities and scheduling the same with respect to New Model Development Flow and Kanri functions.

●Lead the Team for development from Assembly Side for the City & Amaze Model, assigning responsibilities for

Process, Equipment, Training, Quality, Cost and their Tracking.

●Ensuring the smooth Mass Production and achievement of Model Targets are meet on the Parameters of Q, C, D, M, S.
