Various duct supports like Saddle supports, Pendular supports and circular brackets design calculation.

3D modeling in AUTOCAD for complicated items.

Duct stiffening size calculation.

Stack with platform (Free standing and guided steel stacks for Raw mill, Cooler, Coal mill and Cement mill).

Access platform design in STAAD pro.

1. ELP STEAM RAISER

ELP Steam Raiser is a huge Heat transfer equipment with total weight of 70 tons. The Channel side is Carbon Steel + Titanium Cladding with demister pad arrangement on both shell and channel side respectively and also it is 1.5 degree slope with horizontal. Total Heat Transter area : 1400 Sq.M.

No.of tubes : 2750 Nos.

Overall dimensions : 3.4M ID x 14M Long X 50 + 4 Tk Titanium cladding. Type of equipment : BKM. Horizontal.

2. REACTOR VENT CONDENSER:

It is one of the heavy equipment with a weight of 40 tons. The material of construction is carbon steel + Titanium cladding on channel side. This equipment is also having expansion bellow joint. Total Heat Transter area : 800 Sq.M.

No.of tubes : 2600 Nos.

Overall dimensions : 1.7M ID x 10M Long X 28 + 3 Tk Titanium cladding. Type of equipment : BKM. Vertical.

3. MONEL COLUMN:

It is one of the heavy equipment with a weight of 13 tons. The material of the construction is Monel with internal tray supports.

4. ATMOSPHERIC OVERHEAD CONDENSER:

It is one of the staged type Heat Exchanger. The material of construction is Carbon Steel + Monel cladding. This is one of the floating head type Heat exchanger. Total Heat Transfer area : 460 Sq.M.
