Seasoned Designer/Production Artist with over 15 years experience. I have worked closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors and Project Managers to ensure delivery of Production Graphic Design assets. In addition, I am confident working closely with outside vendors and leading full production mechanical build outs through QC and delivery. 2001- Present Freelance Studio Design/Production Artist Independent contractor on short/long-term assignments at various ad agencies/In- house clients including: MJHS (Metropolitan Jewish Health System), ZoSkin, Douglas Elliman, RAPP Marketing, KBS, CO-OP, Rode Advertising, This Old House Magazine, Pace Advertising, Havas Health, DDB, Deutsch Advertising LA, Sketchers LA, FCB, Grey Worldwide, The New York Times, McCann, Hearst Magazine, Soxland Socks, InMotion Media and ColorEdge. Agency Clients included:

Deliverables included:

Digital e-mail blasts (including production of layered PSD digital assets for web and E-mail), template designs, retouching, POS/POP, Trade show booth design, and heavy print mechanicals for ads, direct mail, packaging, posters, out-of-home, brochures, year-end reports and large-scale retail displays.

2016–2018: Wonderful Agency Studio Design/Production Artist Working on CPG clients to convert design files into print-ready mechanicals for ads, packaging, direct mail, out-of-home, POS, and brochures. Perform retouching and high/low-res scanning of materials. Troubleshoot production issues. Work closely with Senior Art Directors and Print Producers to ensure vendor specifications are met. Use of entirely paperless Insite digital workflow system, cutting production times and increasing studio efficiency and integration with off-site artists and partner agencies. 2014 – 2015: Mann Publications Studio Design/Production Artist Managed workflow of print materials for two trade magazines, from editorial output to type layout, revisions and ad creation, ensuring all deadlines were met. Ensured proper upload of materials for publication. 1998 – 2001: Publicis Assistant Studio Manager/Studio Design/Production Artist Co-ran the day-to-day operations of the creative studio at global ad agency. Managed workflow from creative to output, including type and art revisions/corrections. Maintained version control. Coordinated print production and multimedia design for various accounts with Art Directors, Print Producers and Traffic Managers. Performed studio bookkeeping and billing. Trained staff in use of software programs, including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. Managed freelance staff. Clients included AT&T, L’Oréal, Fuji Film and Volvo.

1994 – 1998: Penthouse Comix Freelance Studio Production Artist/Graphic Designer Managed workflow from creative to output, including type and art revisions/corrections. Troubleshoot production issues. Work closely with Senior Art Directors and Print Producers to ensure vendor specifications are met. Applications — Adobe Creative Cloud 2017, and all prior versions (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Bridge etc), SKETCH, Cropster, Power Point, Word, Outlook, FTP sites, Fetch, Transmit, Job/Release Tracker, Basecamp Project Management software, proprietary ad placement sites.
