The goal of this study and survey collection was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of removing anxiety and providing a sense of control to a population of homeless, victims of domestic violence, and sexual assault expectant mothers. By providing ultrasound monitoring during the second and third trimester we have postulated will create a sense of safety, a calming influence, and a sense of connectedness to the expectant mother. The outcome will be a reduction to exposure of stress to the mother and improving the well-being of the fetus
