I was responsible for managing an extensive portfolio of clients, scouting my own candidates and signing on new clients to ensure weekly KPI's were met. I was also responsible for business development, conducted phone screens and in person candidate interviews, managed job "pick-ups" and worked in a fast-paced timely manner to ensure my roles were filled. As head of my department, I represented international brands such as Rolex, Cartier, Omega, and Bvlgari along with diamond jewelry companies on cruise ships where I networked and motivated guests to purchase products ashore.
