1: Provincial Admin/ finance and logistic officer in Family Health House Project -Supported by UNDP &Global Fund

Duties and responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day financial, admin, logistic and other operation activities in close coordination with project officer, line management and UNDP.
Assist in developing project annual work plan with detail budget.
Equip, supply medical and non-medical to 18 FHHs in Khost province.
Assist in developing and prepare budget tracking reports to assist project management in monitoring the contact for compliance with provincial requirements.

Responsibilities
Overall responsibilities for ensuring CCAP project facilitation in the respective district.
Ensuring qualitative survey and community profiling as defined in OM in the respective district.
Conducting quality elections to established CDCs and Clustering CDCs to CCDCs in the respective district.
Organize the SOs to assign them to tasks and specific monthly and yearly plan in the respective district.
Assisting the PMU and other line-ministerial sectorial departments, like Education, Health, Agriculture and CLTS situated in the district level, for the interest of the CCAP in order to smooth running of the project.
Ensure the training for CDC and CCDC members in a qualitative manner. Prepare reports for the line department of BRAC and line ministries.
Participate in the weekly and monthly coordination meeting with the stakeholders involved with CCAP.
Supervise the staffs, monitoring the project implementation and ensure the implementation of the project as defined in OM-CCAP.
Assisting the PMU team for the technical survey of the sub-projects. Provide data to the other stakeholders as per their needs.
4: Finance officer in International rescue Committee (IRC) NGO Khost- Afghanistan
NSP and HP Project.

Responsibilities:
Ensuring that the cash payment hours are considered while making payments.
Providing support to team members during the monthly and yearly closure of the accounts.
Posting Daily Transaction into Spread sheet.
Clear Online Budget Verses Actual (BVA) System for Cash & bank Payments
Provide in time complete and accurate documents and backup supports to the internal audit when needed.
Under the direct supervision of field Finance Manager/Officer to ensure each and every cash distribution process is done to the target benef iciaries by crosschecking issued token number, checking beneficiary ID card and other criteria at the time of distribution.
Submit bank transfer application and any other form to bank and ensure that documents submitted on time to related banks IRC is using.
Reconciliation of bank accounts with spread sheet records.
Report any suspicion or doubt related to any payment that includes cash distribution documents to the field finance/Field Coordinator or Kabul finance in timely manner.
Be able to conduct regular market check and verify procurement purchases prices to ensure accountability and transparency mechanisms are in place.
Crosscheck and prepare of updated monthly fund request and forecast statement to the Kabul finance department after field finance and Coordinator approval.
Make sure to deduct tax against the suppliers which is applied for tax according to the Government of Afghanistan tax law.
Prepare and Submit field office Tax Report to Kabul Finance on time
Having good relationship with other department staff and suppliers.
Make payments and receipts in accordance with finance procedures;
