Successfully negotiated as a first chair the CBA in Dec 2009 below 1.5% of the budget for three years.

Implemented automated absentee point system program, turnover six sigma projects, managing change and reducing absenteeism in a 20% and turnover by 30%, saving the company $187,000 dollars.
