Worked with and provided sub-consultancy commercial services to the Engineer (M/s AECOM Middle East). The Engineer worked with the Employer (M/s Abdali Cleamenceau Hospital) on the development and conversion of an existing residential high-rise tower to a hospital building.

Performed Design Economic at Pre-Contract Stage for Al Essayi Hospitality Program using elemental cost estimation based on Uniformat II at level II.

●Analyzed client’s budget for nine (nos.:9) hotels :(Construction, Soft, FF & E, and Pre-Opening

Marketing) costs, in terms of unit price (SAR / Sqm), and user end function (SAR / Key)

●Reviewed and verified consultant’s cost estimate depending of the function and level of cost estimate (1-5),

i.e., basis of cost (BOE) estimate at each stage of design: Pre-concept, Concept, Schematic, Design

Post contract services to Golden Tower project by Solidere International:

●Supported the procurement department in evaluating commercial and technical comparison of bids for strategic procurement and assured budgetary compliance in all purchase activities.
