Supervision, management and coordination of all health and safety activities of contractors on the site on behalf of the client.
Review, inspection and approval of contractor’s safety plan, method statements, risk assessments, drawing and all other documentations relating to safety prior implementations
Verification and enforcement of compliance of contractor against the requirements of work zone traffic safety management policies and manuals, Qatar construction standards (QCS 2010), regulatory requirements and international best practice.
Carried out regular safety meetings with the HSE and construction team of the contractor, discussing all safety related matters, issues improvement notices where necessary.
Conduct weekly safety meetings with the contractor’s safety team, analyses all safety related issues observed during the week in different work location, provide suggestion to close all issues.
