Dear employer,

I am writing to express my interest in a Physician Assistant position within your organization. I am certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and I hold a Master of Science Degree and a Bachelor of Science Degree –Cum Laude-in Physician Assistant Studies. I bring with me over fourteen years of clinical experience as a Certified Physician Assistant in family medicine and pediatrics plus three months of OB/ GYN experience. I am used to working independently without the doctor present and I work well with others. I like to keep a positive environment. I am quick to adapt to the clinic’s environment, routine and protocols. As a Physician Assistant in your organization I will bring a focus on quality of patient care, while staying organized and efficient in order to maintain a steady patient volume. I believe in being an advocate not only for our clinic, but also for our patients. I have learned the importance of using our knowledge to educate our patients and allow them to participate in decision making in regards to their assessment and treatment plan. I am prepared to learn a new language if needed. Currently I am working in a very diverse clinic allowing me to be fluent in my Spanish.

I have an appetite for knowledge and want to give my patients the best quality of care; treat them with compassion, patience, and understanding. I am confident and competent in my abilities as a Physician Assistant, and believe I will be an asset to your organization. I would appreciate the opportunity to interview at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely,

Esteliz Gillett, MPAS PA-C
