Assisting Top Management with Growth, expansion strategies & planning, corporate strategies, pricing strategy, including financial modeling for PE funding, due diligence audit, Investors relationship & etc. Participating in decision-making at the highest levels.

Tender document validation, contract negotiation, legal document drafting and validation, Contract Negotiation & etc.

Cash flow & Fund management and other treasury functions which includes interaction with Banks for setting up derivative limits to cover foreign exchange exposures, for setting up working capital limits including Bank Guarantees. Also includes fund management and working capital requirements for the entire group. Responsible for regular investment of idle funds to generate additional income for the company.

Responsible for providing analysis of management accounts and producing year end accounts that comply with relevant accounting standards. Responsible for audit, tax and other statutory compliances, including corporate secretarial matters.
