Responsible for Central Office needs for Century Link in the MN/WI markets. The infrastructure includes using RAD, Calix C7, Adtran, Fujitsu Transport and Ciena equipment. Perform a site survey of the planned Central Office to make sure the equipment can be installed. Principal Responsibilities:

Work with various equipment vendors to ensure optimal equipment cost and performance Internal customer interface.

- Act as the Project Manager for all facility build out projects. Meet with all vendors and engineers to assure the project stays on track and meets required completion dates.

- Design, and implement extensions and improvements to client networks (GigE, Ethernet, DWDM, SONET, VoIP, DAS, MPLS, Security, etc).

- Establish internal networking environment by assisting with design of system configurations, assisting with system installations, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.

Responsible to manage and ensure compliance of Outside Plant construction projects by adhering to RUS515 or CHR515 Contract and Specifications. The OSP Manager also maintains all project documentation in accordance with CHR Solutions company operations guidelines. Principal Responsibilities:

- Interpret RUS/CHR515 or 773 Outside Plan Contact and Plans & Specifications.
