Technical Skill

Independently work on following type of Plant Automation, and Programmable Logic Controllers PLC and other various type of systems as given below:-

Hands on Control Wave Micro Programming of RTU.

Communication between SCADA and RTU via DNP3 Protocol.

Various type of work performed during Overall period of my service in Plant & Well side (Project phase to commissioning as well as maintenance including MOCs ):-

PLC-I/O configuration, tag defining in I/O cards, read and make logics in FBD, modbus communication, Configuring engineering range, making PID, setting of its tuning parameters like gain, reset, pre-act values, making graphics in HMI and SCADA, editing of graphics etc.

Installation,Commissioning, Calibration, testing (loop checking) and maintenance of various types and make (Rosemount & Yokogawa) of field instruments with HART protocol also like pressure, temperature, DP type level and flow transmitters, analyzers, various types of switches, radar type level instruments, ABB total flow computer, Ultrasonic flow meters etc.

Excellent command over troubleshooting in field instruments as well as PLC.

Calibration, testing and maintenance of various types of final control element like control valves with Foundation field-bus and Hart positioners, pressure safety valve, On-Off valves, MOV etc.

Excellent Operating command over field communicator: - 375,475 with HART Protocal.

Experience in Maintenance and Operation of Gas Engine Reciprocating Compressors (GERC), Gas Dehydration Unit (GDU) & ETP and their troubleshooting during maintenance phase.

Reading and understanding of electrical power and control diagrams, P&ID also knowledge about VFD (Schneider Electric Altivar71), Schlumberger TRIOL AK06 etc

Maintenance like PM/LLF, shutdown maintenance planning, Man power planning and management.

Active role in plant startup and shutdown.
