I am a part of Nike SAP S* HANA/S4 Fashion implementation data conversion team. This is one of the significant Agile SAP HANA project. Prior to that I have been responsible for leading cbFC SAP TM,MM, concur applications and data warehouse helping North American user groups for projects and production support guiding project managers, Scrum master & development teams with agile resources like Jira creating innovative processes for DTNA. I helped implement cbFC (SAP) in PTSI and CC Global SAP projects to success. I was working as a contracting lead BSA and served Nike for five years till 2013 and had experience for AFS, MM, PCS and IM team implementation of global projects, production support, configuration and cut-over leading teams of Off-shore onsite model. I am passionate about empowering teams through training and continuous improvement of software and human skills development. I believe in leading by examples.
