I have worked in Bata in three different states. Delhi Haryana and Chandigarh. The last consignment was Haryana State and worked as Area Sales Manager

I joined as Sales officer and got two promotions. Senior Sales officer and then Area Sales Manager.

In Delhi there was objective to maintain the estimates as according to company no. of distributors are sufficient in Delhi.

Appointed 15 new distributors in Haryana and the no. of parties are now 18 from 3 when I took the charge of the state.
