Summary of Work HVAC/R Experiences

Responsible for preparing monthly schedule for Preventive Maintenance of all HVAC System.

Service, repairs, overhauling and Preventive Maintenance of all Air Conditioners, Refrigeration, Compressors, allied equipment’s for Refrigeration, Centralized air condition, Boilers and chillers

Thorough knowledge in maintenance of Trane, Petra, Daikin, Carrier, York Chillers, flooded chiller, and DX Chillers using water cooled and air-cooled condensers.

Maintaining condenser and chilled water circulation pumps, Cooling Towers, Air handlers, Fan coil unit and their accessories.

Maintaining window-mounted and split type air conditioners (Carrier, O-General, Trane, York and Voltas), Ice Cubes (Scotsman, IMC, and Manitowoc), Bottle coolers, deep freezers, display cabinets, walk-in cold rooms, freezers and Reefer.

Maintaining equipment history reports, planning, and execution of maintenance Schedules.

Install chiller, AHU, chilled water pump, packaged type air condition, Carrier DX split unit, various model split type units, Daikin VRV system, Samsung VRF system, and Trane VRF system.

Start-up commission & Testing all HVAC components such as chiller, AHU, chilled water pump, split units, packaged units, VRV/ VRF units, and all electrical system according to manufacturer’s checklist.

While the units are in operation verify/check the design parameters of Chiller, AHU, water temperature, superheat, sub cooling, refrigerant pressures, refrigerant temperature, outdoor air temperature, compressor voltage, amperes, water pressures and VFD.

Record all actual condition for pre-start-up procedure for electrical data, chiller data, chilled water pump data, and AHU data for submission to customer.

Carried out Preventive and corrective Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Chillers and Chilled Water pumps.

Indoor and External Lights, Air Handling, Fan Coil Units, Supply and Return air Temperatures, Building Clarifiers.

Diagnose and repair malfunctions in various types of HVAC refrigeration systems, VRV/VRF systems, Split type ACs, Inverter ACs, Industrial type Ice cube machines, Cold rooms, Reefers, Chill water systems, Blast freezers and Chillers.

Summary of Electrical & Appliances Experiences
