Administrative Profile - Continuously find ways to streamline office operations and always find opportunities to assist colleagues and management team. Multi-tasking and team-builder with 6 years of experience in providing admin support to 300 staff.

Housekeeping & Horticulture - Supervising Housekeeping and facade cleaning services of the building, preparing of duty rosters and training schedule, issuing material and requisitioning material on monthly basis. Maintaining OT record and forward Staff's attendance to HR. Supervising Horticulture services, coordination with Gardener for maintenance of the green area and replacement of indoor and outdoor plants.

Follow up for regular service with the vendor as per agreed terms. New vendor development, seeking competitive pricing for cost saving. Coordinate with accounts to create new vendor code.

Courier & Dispatch - Supervising Dispatch desk function, ensuring proper documentation of all incoming and outgoing couriers. Assigning duties to dispatch staff. Responsible for booking samples and documents online for DHL courier. Processing domestic and international courier invoices as per contract. Maintaining MIS for courier expenses.

MIS & Payments – Consolidated MIS for all admin functions for cost optimization. Follow up with accounts for vendor payments. Maintain Payment Tracker.

Administrative – Distribution of Stationery Item, handling petty cash, monitoring pantry/office boys for services, maintain regular service of company vehicle. Coordination with maintenance team for smooth functional of DG and other repair activities. Coordinating with HR department for Interviews, Joining kit, allocation of seats. Organizing logistics for special events, meeting and Conferences. Coordinating with Security Officer for fire drills and setting up process to ensure complete secured environment for all employees.

Pest Control - Coordination with vendor for fortnight services. Ensuring pest free environment and up keeping proper record for the same. Ensure rodent treatment in kitchen and cafeteria. Timely renewal of Contract, Identifying special requirements like Fogging and Larvacide treatment for mosquitoes, termite treatment, wood borer treatment and getting the same done as and when required within the budget.
