As a Document Controller following are my job Responsibilities.

Received, issued, log, update and keeping of all the project related documentations i.e. Drawings, Specifications, Data sheets, Design calculations etc.

Provide the ability to control the documentation flow, filing/archiving and document handover activities for the project sites, both for the Head Office and project sites.

Provide a review of all the final documentation being generate, in both hard copy and electronic versions, by projects sub-contractors and suppliers in order to ensure that all contractual requirements will be met.

Control Technical Document Register (TDR) to ensure the status of all Technical Documents until getting the approval and control, filing/archiving Correspondences, Drawings and Technical Documents, Invoice and Performa Invoice, Technical and Commercial Proposals, Pre-Qualification and other company official non-technical documents.

Check & Update the daily concrete which we use at site.

Preparing the Work Inspection Request.

Administer and organize documents for construction projects and other development plans to ensure its traceability and availability at all times.

Responsible in arranging and filling all project documents at site.

Take Minutes of meetings in site staff weekly and monthly meetings.

Prepare and send site correspondence like memos, letter, transmittals and other correspondence for the contractors and suppliers for materials and equipment’s.

Responsible in checking site employee’s attendance and leaves.

Collect, update, prepare and complies daily reports of site Engineers, Supervisors, for progress and number of manpower.

Control of soft and hard copy of the documents for generations through amendments to eventual archiving.

Preparing and submit all inspection reports and distributes the status to the concern personnel.

File Material Receiving Report (MRR) & Material Inspection Report (MIR) in coordination with QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors. (Electrical, Mechanical and Civil). HOBBIES:
