I have been in Customer Service, one way or another, since before I was legally of age to do so. I am a strong believer in Customer Care, as it is a bit of a lost art with many people in the field. I believe in taking care of customers no matter what the situation. In the past I have held training sessions while in a management position, imploring upon my co-workers these principles.
