ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designing Part drawings of blower and its components using AUTOCAD, SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Enovia.
Designed Impeller of DB150 Blower and continuously followed up until the completion of its tool. Currently, it is implemented and the new production has started with its new design after successful validation.
Designed New Motor as per customer specifications. Completion of its tool is done and currently under testing and validation process.
Designed fixture for assembling impeller to increase its productivity and to minimize rejection rate. Successfully completed and implemented in production process. Currently the design is adapted for design of new assembly fixtures for other models.
Designed new operation sequence for manufacturing of Blower Impeller and successfully reduced the raw material consumption for the component.
Calibrated and validated new Automatic Winding machine and released for production.
Designed Blower testing setup mounting plates, ducts as per ISO standards for testing and validation of blowers.
Reverse Engineering of existing press tools, redesigning for any changes in new component and successfully completed trial production.
Designed SPM machine for wire cutting and stripping process, for increasing productivity. Used IOT technology to get real-time updates about the status of the machine and improved production efficiency.
Designed, manufactured and successfully validated press tools used for sheet metal shearing, forming operations.
Analysis of Assembly drawings of various blowers and the required solution to the problem has given based on its mating parts.
Revised the existing components design based on the inputs and suggestions given from the various departments on the approval of superior.
Preparing Bill of materials and the sequence of operation to be done in production for the blower parts.
Weight calculations, no. of yield quantity calculation have done.
Conducting various tests on manufactured blower.
High voltage test done in wound stator assembly.
No load test to check the characteristics of motor.
Load test to check the performance of the blower.
Temperature rise test to measure its capability of withstanding in the rise of temperature by running it continuously for several hours.
Sound level test to measure noise produced while running of blower by using Sound level meter.
Updating project progress on daily basis with respect to baseline dates.
Preparing a detailed report about the progress of the project and submitted it to the week held meetings.
Follow up with the vendors on a regular basis for the completion of project as early as possible.
Tie up with the marketing team and giving required information to them on its specifications on superior’s approval.
Communicating with other departments involved in production process to ensure proper execution of project and processes
