Production Related Activities:

Production-PDCA & DWM implementation & review.

Responsible for PQCDMS targets.

Deployment of manpower to ensure and achieve the daily targets with right Quality.

Coordination with different departments (Quality, PED, Purchase, Despatch and Security)

within the company to achieve customer requirements and meet our company targets.

Planning, preparing and execution of man and materials requirement for the month.

Attending Daily morning meeting with Plant Head related to yesterday issues and Production

Targets, and discuss with today and tomorrow production plans and 4M conditions.

Analyzing production performance with respect to customer delivery and process scrap.

Preparation of corrective action using statistical tools / techniques for process scrap and
