Worked as an Instrumentation Engineer in MIRAJ INSTRUMENTATION PVT.LTD in Vizag steel plant Blast furnace -3 from (JAN 2015 - JUN 2016) (1.5 YEARS).

Worked as an Instrumentation Engineer in FABTECH PRIVATE ENGINEERS LIMITED in HPCL REFINERY in VISAKHAPATNAM, ANDHRA PRADESH. For SULPHUR RECOVERY UNIT as an INSTRUMENTION ENGINEER for a period of 2YEARS. (DEC 2012 - DEC 2014).

Worked in A N INSTRUMENTATION PRIVATE LIMITED in HPCL REFINERY in VISAKHAPATNAM, ANDHRAPRADESH for SULPHUR RECOVERY UNIT as an INSTRUMENTION ENGINEER for a period of 1.5 YEARS. (DEC 2010 - MAR 2012)

Work experience in Alivira Animal Health Limited:

1. Having knowledge in calibration of various instruments like PT’s, RTD’s, PG’s, VG’s, LT’s,

PH Sensor, Conductivity, Magnehelic Gauges, control valves etc.

2. Having knowledge in SAP related to calibration, Purchase Requisition and other activities.

3. Having knowledge in preparation of yearly schedules and master list of instruments in

the plant.

4. Having knowledge in troubleshooting the day to day problems related to centrifuges,

FBD’s, Reactors, Tray driers.

5. Involved in preparation of yearly budget and CAPEX and new projects.

1. Involved in trouble shooting and calibration of all the types of transmitters which

Includes FT’s, LT’s and PT’s.

2. Involved in troubleshooting and calibration of RTD’s and Thermocouples.

3. Involved in calibration and trouble shooting of ultrasonic level Transmitters, level Switches, Pressure switches., flow switches

4. Involved in checking the loop tests, meggering of cables.

5. Preparation of Daily progress report, Weekly progress report same will sent to superiors.

6. Having knowledge of Pyrometers which are used for measurement of temperature from long distance and worked with Dip Thermocouple which are used for physical temperature for exact temperature measurement.

7. The above are the some of the activities which i involved while working in vizag steel plant (blast furnace-3).
