Prepared Monthly financial statements from client records, prepared payroll reports ( forms 941, 941, RT-6, W-2 and 1099s) and made monthly tax deposits, prepared Corporate ( 1120, 1120s, 1065,1041 and 990 ) tax returns for business clients, prepared Individual tax returns ( 1040, 1040A, 1040ez and 1040NR ) for clients. Sold practice 1/20/18.

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
Began as Accounts Payable Accounting Clerk, then became Comptroller, then Assistant Administrator then Administrator for 263 bed facilty. After this worked for various management companies that had me take depressed facilities and convert them to either standard or higher ratings with state licensure, as well as, putting them on firm financial footing for the future ( 7 different facilities ). Managed as many as 213 employees through department heads. Left to start my own accounting practice.
Schooling ( Business University of Tampa - Associated degree in Higher Accounting ) and worked parttime while attending school on GI Bill after getting out of the Navy. Worked for short time for a federal enrolled tax accountant before entering the nursing home field.
Graduated high school - Aquinas Prep in Louisville Ky
1 year at University of Ky before entering Navy.
