Project Name : Design and Analysis for Buckling of Hydraulic Cylinder

Description : The project was based on study of buckling phenomenon in Hydraulic Cylinders as there are many theories on buckling of columns and not on hydraulic cylinders. In this project the study was based on theoretical FEA and experimental analysis of buckling behaviour of hydraulic cylinder. Idealistic loading condition is used for FE Analysis and experimental study.
The present study can be extended to analyse the buckling behaviour of hydraulic cylinder, where the boundary and loading condition will be derived for practical/field operating conditions.
