I am a compassionate and adaptable Educational Assistant with ten years’ experience in this field. I am currently working with junior high students in the Generations program with ECSD. The Generations program is a district program of choice designed to help students with complex, diverse needs that have profound cognitive challenges. I possess strong organizational and communication skills allowing myself to work well independently and in a team environment. I have the ability to remain calm and think quickly in a fast-paced environment. Recognizing the individual needs and building a trusting relationship with each student is very important to me. My objective is to obtain a challenging and rewarding position where I may utilize my skills.
